I did not realize how many misconstrued ideas I had in my mind; in one of the sessions, we worked on the Well-Informed Outcome Pattern. I was shown how to set my goals and break them so that they became practical and realistic. We also broke down into small segments it became clear that these were realistic goals that I could achieve. I am now compelled to push on and fulfil what I have planned to do.
I was also able to take the opportunity to deal with a habit I had struggled with for many years. In my mind, I had created a specific habit that was not particularly good for my health and for my fitness. Using particular anchors, I was able to re-train my brain, so I now have a healthier lifestyle. This not only benefits me but also my family and my bank account!
Coming from a past management position I can see how I could have improved my people skills and personal performance with the help of an NLP practitioner. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but NLP can help you change your thoughts and lifestyle now; why wait?

My lack of confidence and fear has stopped me from doing many things over the years. I quite often wouldn’t do small and simple things like buying a coffee from the shop whenever the other person didn’t speak English. With my limited French I now go on a regular basis and have a coffee and chat in French with people. Peter tells me I would never have imagined this.
But perhaps my biggest fear was overcoming the fear of riding on my husband’s motorbike with him. This was something I could never get over until NLP and the sessions with Peter. Now we have had a few rides about, and I am getting my own bike gear for Christmas!
Right at the beginning Peter said it all depends on how much you want to change. In my wildest dreams I never thought I would ride a bike but thanks to Peter’s patience and experience I am now free in these areas. We are still working on other areas as I have a long list of problems.

I was also able to take the opportunity to deal with a habit I had struggled with for many years. In my mind, I had created a specific habit that was not particularly good for my health or my finances. Using a particular pattern, I was able to redirect my brain, so I now have a healthier lifestyle. This not only benefits me but also my family and my bank account.

Hindsight.
If only I knew about some of these NLP practices before.
I could have been a better manager, a better employee and maybe even a better husband. Things are changing. I now have a different outlook, and I now have the tools to direct my life in a more positive way. Thank you.
